We are seeking for a Reports Analyst who can provide clear goals, expectations, and feedback so that each member of the team can significantly multiply their contribution to the company and to their own success. Each section of this form is filled out by the hiring manager. This form is then given to each interviewer to be completed by filling out the ratings for each section.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Participate in the implementation of new financial systems or enhancements to existing systems, ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Generate and distribute monthly financial reports to key stakeholders, including department heads, executives, and external parties
  • Load budgets/forecast to ERP system; conduct audits of loaded budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates, tools, and dashboards to streamline the reporting process and improve efficiency.
  • Regularly collect feedback from departments to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences to shape reporting.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2 years + Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar platform.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in reporting and analysis.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Demonstrates steadiness and flexibility, adjusting to market dynamics and overcoming challenges.
  • Financial Proficiency & Analytical Thinking: Possesses a deep understanding of financial documents and processes, coupled with the ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends.
