We are hiring a full-time Patient Enrollment Specialist. As part of this role, you will own and improve processes that drive patient enrollment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients to a new and improved quality of life. By serving as an inside sales representative, you will educate patients about the benefits of rehab and the company’s program and act as the door to healthier hearts for those interested in joining our program. Ideal candidates are those who can combine a passion for sales with clinical knowledge and expertise.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Own, manage, convert, and enroll an assigned referral base of potential patients.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain details about the program and enroll
  • Serve as the first point of contact for individuals who come to us by way of referral or website or other inbound means.
  • Ensuring that the patient receives a detailed explanation of the company’s Health’s services.
  • Handle questioning and feedback within each call who are interested in enrolling
  • Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of patient appointments.
  • Perform insurance verification as required to navigate patient questions related to coverage
  • Leverage internal teams to answer patient questions and resolve issues thoroughly
  • Work with company’s clinical staff and staff at referring physician offices to improve operational processes
  • Setup patient-facing app as needed
  • Work within the company’s EHR to coordinate care for patient


Who are we looking for?

  • More than 2 years of experience in an inside sales B2C role or a patient scheduling/enrollment role at a physician practice.
  • More than 2 years of work experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction.
  • Ability to track and report on a key metric or several key metrics.
