​We are seeking an Installation Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing remote support to personnel installing the client's telematics products. This role focuses on ensuring the health and performance of these products through expert troubleshooting and effective communication.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide remote support for the installation of the telematics products.
  • Remotely assess the health and performance of installed products.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and ensure follow-through.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on product performance and support activities.
  • Lead callers through troubleshooting processes effectively and efficiently.


Who are we looking for?

  • Relevant college degree.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in support services, preferably in IT or the automotive industry.
  • Technical experience in IT or automotive fields is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and data entry tasks.
  • Experience with Ring CX.
  • Provide remote support for personnel installing of the client's products
  • Remotely assess the health & performance of installed products
  • Escalate and follow through unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical circuits
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Creativity, with a willingness to learn
  • Sense of mission and willingness to work within a team
  • Experience in the transportation industry, particularly in roles involving GPS tracking and telematics products.
  • Prior experience in the telematics industry.
