We are seeking a FreshService Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions within the FreshService platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the FreshService API, scripting languages, and a keen ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the FreshService platform is optimized for performance, usability, and scalability.

Additionally, the candidate should have extensive knowledge of Zapier to build effective integrations and automations.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Develop, customize, and maintain FreshService workflows, automations, and integrations.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize FreshService APIs to build custom applications and integrations with other systems.
Leverage Zapier to create seamless integrations and automate workflows between FreshService and other platforms.
Write and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for FreshService and Zapier-related issues.
Stay up to date with FreshService updates, new features, and best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to FreshService configurations and customizations.
Train and mentor junior developers and IT staff on FreshService capabilities and customization techniques.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5 years’ experience as a FreshService Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of FreshService projects.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
In-depth knowledge of FreshService APIs and experience with RESTful web services.
Extensive experience with Zapier, including building and maintaining integrations.
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively.
