What is your mission?

​You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents for the CEO.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and managing accounts in QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support CEO decision-making.
  • Liaise with other departments and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks with discretion.
  • Assist in coordinating company events, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
  • Support in various tasks related to the medical aspects of the business.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Background in the medical field, with an understanding of healthcare terminology and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
