We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP System Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and enhancing ERP systems to meet business requirements, developing new features and modules, and ensuring seamless functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver technical support and training to end-users. This position requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, clean coding practices, and a commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Customize and enhance existing ERP systems to meet specific business requirements.
Develop new features and modules based on user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for the ERP system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP system functionality.
Perform comprehensive system testing and validation procedures.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in ERP system development and customization.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Hands-on experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS) and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
