​We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor (Voice) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through voice communication, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about the client's products and services.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the client's products, order statuses, shipping details, and warranty claims.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on client's product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and offshoring partner to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Meet performance metrics and targets related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution rates.

Who are we looking for?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 2 to 3 years customer service / technical support is experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and good command of the English language.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Basic understanding of renewable energy products or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, empathetic attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts as required, including weekends and holidays.
