We are seeking for a CSR/EDGAR Filing Specialist who plays a critical role in managing and executing a variety of tasks related to the EDGAR filing process and client service. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely filing of documents, managing client communications, and handling project details efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Handle the inbox, respond to client emails, and assign job IDs for each project.
  • Update email subjects for working jobs to maintain continuity.
  • Communicate project statuses in group chats and delegate tasks internally or to outside departments.
  • Review client instructions and supplied files for conversion.
  • Identify and request additional supporting files from clients as needed.
  • Supply project page-count or additional services information for billing purposes.
  • Create and update GoFiler Projects (GFPs) with accurate submission details.
  • Run test filings on revised iXBRL updates and submission details.
  • Perform pre-file checks and submit live files as per the client's schedule.
  • Review all working jobs, including those from prior shifts, to stay informed of ongoing activities.
  • Review and save revised files to job folders, validate, and re-test if necessary.
  • Process edits, perform self-QC, and ensure accuracy.
  • Perform EDGAR updates to registrants, including series and classes.
  • Send Print Purchase Orders (PPOs) to vendors, review print proofs, and provide approval to print.
  • Update production spreadsheets to record project details accurately.
  • Research SEC filings for duplicates, recent activities, and supply SEC links to processing teams.
  • Prepare, supply proofs, and submit Form IDs and Manual Passphrase updates.
  • Assist other team members when available.
  • Actively seek and address areas of improvement in processes and efficiency.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDGAR filing, client services, or a related role.
  • Expert GoFiler knowledge with the ability to create/review all submission details for US Corp issuers, Foreign issuers, Investment Companies, Reg A, Spac/DeSpac, etc.
  • Fast learner and strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy to ensure proper project completion.
  • Ability to apply edits efficiently, compare, and manage new conversion projects.
  • Proficient in typesetting in Word and project management.
  • Skilled in determining when additional services are needed and communicating these requirements.
  • Experience in prioritizing jobs, coordinating with teams, and providing status updates.
  • Ability to generate Print Purchase Orders (PPOs) and coordinate print jobs with vendors.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including macros and mail merge.
  • Proficiency in Pitstop for modifying PDF proofs.
  • Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new processes.
  • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Self-sufficient with strong decision-making skills.
  • Dedicated to meeting each project's needs and taking ownership of production.
  • Understanding of technology/software and experience applying this knowledge to expedite project delivery.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving processes and efficiency.
  • Staying informed about changes to SEC form types and their impact on workflow.
