What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Provide Intellectual Model Content by System

• Develop and maintain detailed models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ensure all models are accurate, adhere to project specifications, and are integrated seamlessly with other building systems.
• Regularly update models based on project changes and feedback.

Clash Detection and Clash Resolution

• Utilize BIM software tools to perform clash detection and identify conflicts between systems.
• Analyze, categorize, and resolve clashes, working closely with relevant teams to implement solutions.
• Document the clash resolution process and confirm a clash-free model through re-evaluation.

Detail Mechanical Systems After Coordination

• Produce and finalize detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project standards and regulations.
• Incorporate coordination updates into detailed designs and align with other system components.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all details.

Upload Drawings to CAD/CAM Manufacturing Group

• Prepare final drawings and documentation for fabrication, adhering to CAD/CAM standards.
• Upload files to the designated CAD/CAM platform and verify successful transfer and accessibility.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing group to confirm receipt and address any issues or feedback.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders and team members.
• Keep accurate records of processes, changes, and resolutions, ensuring organized and accessible documentation.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience with BIM modeling and detailing software, including Revit, Revit Fab Parts, Revisto, Navisworks, BIM 360, and M-Suite.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects and adherence to industry standards.
• Proficiency in the above-mentioned BIM modeling and detailing software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems integration within building projects.
• Familiarity with project management and construction documentation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
