We are seeking for an Associate , Order Management who will be supporting the Order Management team in executing the processing of customer purchase orders. This role plays a critical part in the order life cycle, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment through collaboration with retailers and the 3PL network. The position involves cross-functional engagement across logistics, system operations, and process optimization. Utilizing analytical skills and business acumen, the Associate drives growth and best practices in order management.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Form and build relationships with key customers as part of the concierge team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in groups via electronic communication
  • Receive, manage, and execute customer purchase orders in ERP system and monitor the fulfillment cycle 
  • Bridge communication between customer, sales team, and Ops to ensure constant customer care
  • Work closely with finance to set up a procedure to record all disputes, monitor progress of charge backs and the end goal is to minimize all the additional fees and penalties occurred in Supply Chain
  • Maintain order data flows from retailer to ERP to 3PL systems
  • Creatively identify opportunities for technology to enable increased service levels and automation
  • Manage the daily order fulfillment flow to resolve daily execution issues
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot order life cycle issues
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Who are we looking for?

  • Associate degree (A.A./A.S.) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or similar field of study.
  • One or more (1+) years' experience processing/ handling orders – checking on orders statuses, emailing customers.
  • Knows how to use MS Office Applications, tech savvy, outgoing and a team player.
