What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • AI System Management: Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal uptime, reliability, and performance
  • Client Data Integration: Assist in deploying and scaling client data into AI model platforms, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve operational issues related to AI systems in a timely manner
  • Data Management: Pull, clean, and analyze data from AI systems, adhering to data compliance protocols for storage and retrieval
  • Performance Audits: Conduct routine audits to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in AI operations
  • Process Optimization: Propose and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AI systems
  • Campaign Monitoring: Actively track and manage AI-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver data-backed reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest AI technologies, digital marketing trends, and operational best practices to drive innovation
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • API & Dashboard Integration: Establish API connections and integrate data into analysis tools and client-facing dashboards; provide data audits for accuracy


Who are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field is highly desirable
  • General understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and applications
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and advanced data manipulation
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
