What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Monitor shipments in real-time and provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.
• Track and document transportation movements, identifying potential delays or disruptions.
• Communicate proactively with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve shipping issues quickly.
• Generate reports on shipment status, exceptions, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the operations team to streamline and optimize logistics processes.
• Maintain accurate records in company tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for logistics operations.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, tracking systems, and supply chain terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple shipments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data tracking.
