What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Post journal entries and manage month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Perform variance analysis and support external audits and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments for accurate and timely financial data.
• Maintain supporting documentation for audits and financial reviews.
• Provide weekly labor reporting and related financial data analysis.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• Experience in staff accounting or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online; ASC842 software is a plus).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
