What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, resolving discrepancies
• Assist in budget creation, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage external audits and enforce internal controls
• Oversee tax compliance and filings while monitoring changes in tax laws
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across departments on finance projects
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role leading or mentoring within a finance team
• 3+ years of accounting experience (staff to senior level)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Experience with audit preparation and managing external auditors
• Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory filings
• Background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial models)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
