We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting while supporting audits, forecasting, and compliance filings. You will collaborate with operations and corporate teams, prepare executive-level presentations, and assist with process improvements. If you have strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience in general ledger accounting or audit, join us to drive financial accuracy. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations for assigned areas.
  • Prepare management reports and respond to inquiries about balances and transactions.
  • Support quarterly forecasting and budgeting using Adaptive Planning software.
  • Manage project accounting for assigned operations and functional areas.
  • Prepare presentation materials for executive and board meetings.
  • Assist with annual financial statement audits and compliance filings.
  • Collaborate with operations and corporate teams on initiatives and projects.
  • Develop procedures, process documentation, and draft policies as needed.
  • Administer relevant software systems and learn new tools quickly.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in general ledger accounting OR audit/tax/consulting at a CPA firm.
  • Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and management reports.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to research accounting regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, nested IF statements, Pivot Tables).
  • Experience supporting financial audits and forecasting/budgeting processes.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning software preferred.
  • Ability to prepare forecasts, budgets, executive-level presentations, and compliance filings.
  • Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
