We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support candidate and client communications, streamline interview processes, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing reminders and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, managing interview logistics and collecting feedback post-interview.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, including technical checks for audio, video, and connectivity.
  • Assist in hiring follow-through, including job offer extensions upon manager request.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reports.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar HR support role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment software preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
