We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Associate I who will play a vital role in processing and tracking customer orders using order management systems such as Oracle EBS, HTML, or OSC. You will ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, create detailed reports, handle returns and credits, and work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics, sourcing, and finance to deliver top-tier customer satisfaction.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Accurately process and book customer orders (manual/EDI) and track production and shipment status.
Create, release, and maintain Ship Data Inquiries, RFQs, and Factory Purchase Orders.
Use Oracle EBS/HTML/OSC to build and update customer profiles and ensure orderability of items.
Generate reports for both internal stakeholders and customer-facing updates.
Monitor and reconcile Blanket Purchase Agreements, returns, and rework processes.
Work with program managers to analyze buy plans, open orders, and ensure smooth order movement.
Handle customer return material agreements and air shipment requests.
Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure accurate billing, timely receivables, and resolution of transaction issues.
Support the team lead in maintaining strong customer relationships and handling escalations.

Who are we looking for?

At least 2 years of solid experience in order fulfillment, order processing, or sales operations in a B2B or supply chain setting.
Hands-on experience with any order processing system, ideally Oracle EBS, HTML, or OSC.
Strong background in tracking orders and shipments, including coordination with internal teams (logistics, finance, sourcing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report generation, tracking sheets, and data accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining data integrity and meeting timelines.
