We are looking for a highly motivated Meeting Setter to support the Investor Relations team by managing outreach efforts, booking meetings, and increasing visibility across platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails daily. You’ll work closely with the Investor Relations Manager to expand business opportunities and strengthen the company's industry presence.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Contact new leads and schedule qualified appointments for the Investor Relations Manager, ensuring consistent follow-up and CRM documentation of all lead touchpoints.
Make up to 125 outbound calls and emails per day, targeting B2B prospects and nurturing engagement.
Track and analyze appointment conversion rates, outreach efforts, and KPIs, providing regular reports and improvement recommendations.
Research local industry events (meetups, happy hours, conferences) and coordinate attendance to broaden brand exposure.
Identify and help secure podcast or speaking opportunities to boost the company’s thought leadership presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation tactics with broader business development goals.
Follow approved scripts and adhere to compliance guidelines while adapting to conversations and handling objections.
Respond to basic product and service inquiries to warm up leads prior to hand-off.

Who are we looking for?

At least 1–2 years of lead generation or appointment setting experience in a fast-paced sales or investor relations environment.
Excellent telephone etiquette, clear articulation, and active listening skills.
Proven ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and emails while maintaining quality and professionalism.
Strong negotiation skills and persistence in overcoming objections.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in tracking conversations and follow-ups.
Proficient in Windows-based programs and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Organized and deadline-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work consistently, meet quotas, and contribute to team goals with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with script adherence and compliance in communications.
