​We are looking for an Investor Relations & Data Analytics Analyst to support fundraising, investor communications, and data analytics for global financial services. In this role, you will track investor engagement, manage CRM systems, assist with pitch materials, and analyze financial performance. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams to ensure accurate reporting, process optimization, and seamless investor support while gaining exposure to private equity, venture capital, and real estate finance.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Investor Relations & Fundraising Support

  • Track investor engagement, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Support fundraising campaigns and prospect management
  • Organize investor meetings, webinars, and roadshows
  • Prepare and update pitch decks, fact sheets, newsletters, and reports
  • Conduct market research to identify new investors and opportunities
  • Maintain investor subscription documents across deals
  • Respond to investor inquiries and coordinate due diligence

Data Analytics & Process Management

  • Track and analyze asset performance, distributions, and key metrics
  • Ensure data integrity across CRM and reporting systems
  • Customize CRM workflows, fields, and reports
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation
  • Develop, monitor, and present KPIs to leadership
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis for business and investor reporting
  • Support cross-team projects in capital raising, compliance, and reporting


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, private equity, venture capital, investment management, or financial services (back-office focus)
  • Strong background in data analytics, KPI tracking, and process management
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Yardi, Juniper Square, Agora, HubSpot, Affinity), including workflow/report customization
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
  • Experience preparing investor materials (pitch decks, fact sheets, newsletters, reports)
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards (funds, K-1s) and working with U.S. clients
  • Knowledge of hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or commercial real estate finance (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — able to track multiple investors and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
