What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Produce high-quality lighting control layouts, diagrams, and construction documents
• Create system Bill of Materials (BOM), submittals, and project documentation
• Read and interpret lighting and electrical floor plans and system specifications
• Recommend solutions and alternatives based on project requirements and customer needs
• Provide technical support for system design, product application, and control strategies
• Explain system interactions clearly (dimming, switching, bi-level control, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and engineering partners for project accuracy
• Assist in resolving design issues and ensuring compliance with design standards
• Support documentation updates and revisions throughout the project cycle

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in lighting controls, fire alarm, HVAC controls, or related systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
• Knowledge of lighting control systems and component interactions (dimming, switching, bi-level, etc.)
• Understanding of basic EV charging concepts and battery power storage (a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
