We are looking for a Technical QA to design and execute test plans for mobile and web applications. You will perform functional, regression, exploratory, and stress testing, validate backend data using SQL or Java, and conduct API testing with tools like Postman. You’ll collaborate in Agile teams, monitor logs via AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, and ensure high-quality releases. Experience with GitHub and mobile app testing on iOS and Android is essential.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for mobile and web applications
  • Perform regression, sanity, smoke, exploratory, functional, end-to-end, and stress testing
  • Conduct API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools
  • Validate backend data using SQL or Java
  • Use Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub/GitHub Desktop for test management and defect tracking
  • Monitor logs and troubleshoot issues using AWS CloudWatch, Google Cloud, Azure DevOps, Charles Proxy
  • Participate in Agile processes: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
  • Communicate effectively with developers, analysts, and clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases and support continuous deployment
  • Review customer issues via Zendesk and perform exploratory testing
  • Lead or mentor junior QA team members


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance for mobile and web applications
  • Proficient in manual testing methodologies (regression, sanity, smoke, exploratory, functional, end-to-end, stress testing)
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
  • Strong knowledge of SQL or Java for backend validation
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub/GitHub Desktop
  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtual environments (Google Cloud preferred)
  • Familiarity with mobile app testing on iOS and Android platforms
  • Experience with automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
  • Ability to write automation scripts in Python, Java, or C#
  • Certifications in software testing, Agile, or related areas (nice to have)
  • Experience with Charles Proxy for log monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior QA team members (nice to have)
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
