We are looking for a Senior US CPA Tax Reviewer to review U.S. federal and state tax returns while ensuring compliance with IRS and state regulations. You will mentor junior staff, identify potential tax savings, and support year-end tax planning strategies. This role requires strong technical expertise in U.S. taxation, experience with tax review, and proficiency in tax software. If you excel in accuracy, leadership, and staying updated with IRS changes, we’d love to have you on our team.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Review and finalize U.S. federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041, etc.)
Review tax workpapers and supporting schedules prepared by junior staff
Identify potential tax savings opportunities or compliance risks
Ensure all filings comply with IRS regulations and multi-state tax laws
Train, mentor, and provide feedback to junior tax preparers and staff accountants
Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients as needed
Stay updated on the latest U.S. tax laws and IRS guidance
Assist with tax planning, projections, and year-end strategies

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of U.S. tax experience, with recent review experience in public accounting
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax codes and multi-state taxation
Proficiency in tax preparation software (Lacerte, ProSeries, Drake, UltraTax, or similar)
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadline
