What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports per GAAP with timely submission.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in budget creation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage external audits and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Oversee tax filings, monitor regulatory changes, and provide tax advisory support.
• Mentor junior finance staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a Senior Accountant role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial models.
• Prior experience in audit preparation and managing external auditors.
• Knowledge of tax compliance regulations and filings.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor finance team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
