We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Assistant Recruiter to support our recruitment team with sourcing, coordination, and candidate engagement. You'll play a key role in helping us find and connect with top talent by managing applicant data, assisting with job postings, and keeping the hiring process organized and efficient. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal talent pools
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate profiles, notes, and status within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the process
Help draft and update job postings across multiple platforms
Track key hiring metrics and assist with recruitment reports
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing roles is preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or HR software (experience with Zoho Recruit is a plus)
Comfortable using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Kalibrr, Indeed, and Google Workspace
Intermediate Spanish fluency (B1-B2) required; strong written and spoken English communication
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team
