What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and component files using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Prepare CNC-ready manufacturing documents for fabrication and assembly.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, compliant, and production-ready.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and estimation teams to validate and optimize drawings.
• Troubleshoot fabrication or installation challenges with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Continuously evaluate manufacturing methods for process improvement and innovation.
• Manage assigned projects independently while maintaining high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Support documentation and standardization of best practices across the design team.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Archi Tech, or related
• 3–5 years of experience in signage, structural metal fabrication, or architectural manufacturing design.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for detailed fabrication and assembly drawings.
• Strong understanding of tubing structures, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly methods.
• Working knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, and composite materials used in signage or structural systems.
• Ability to create CNC-ready, dimensionally accurate drawings that ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
