We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, streamline sales processes, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll handle CRM automation, maintain sales pipelines, and create insightful reports that guide revenue growth. If you’re analytical, organized, and passionate about sales process efficiency, join our fast-growing team and help us scale success.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM pipelines, properties, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Create and manage email sequences, templates, and automation workflows for campaigns.
  • Perform data governance to maintain CRM accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop, document, and refine sales processes, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
  • Build process maps and knowledge base articles to standardize deal management.
  • Support Account Executives by managing backend data, updating pricing, and tracking deal status.
  • Coordinate kick-off calls and internal meetings for new deals.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards to guide leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align on sales goals and process improvements.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or sales enablement within a B2B environment.
  • Strong, hands-on HubSpot CRM experience — pipelines, workflows, dashboards, sequences, and data maintenance.
  • Skilled in data analysis, process documentation, and pipeline management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of other CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) and sales enablement tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, automation workflows, and process mapping.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and collaborative attitude.
