We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Hotel Revenue Manager to maximize revenue across multiple properties. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, setting competitive pricing, managing distribution channels, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, solutions-focused, and has a strong grasp of hospitality revenue practices.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Maximize revenue opportunities by implementing strategic and hands-on revenue management across multiple properties.
  • Support new and transitioning properties by establishing revenue strategies to ensure consistent top-line performance.
  • Analyze and review property-generated reports, including pace and channel reports, to recommend rate changes and promotional offers.
  • Provide insights on forecasting and budgeting, and coordinate the use of revenue systems (Synxis, STR, OTA Insight, etc.).
  • Train property staff on revenue tools, reports, and best practices.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and local events to inform pricing strategies.
  • Review STR and competitor reports to benchmark performance and adjust pricing tactics accordingly.
  • Conduct short- and long-term forecasting and recommend inventory and rate adjustments to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Create, manage, and optimize rate plans, packages, and special offers across all online and offline platforms.
  • Lead regular revenue meetings and communicate strategies across departments.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of content across all systems and distribution channels.
  • Oversee distribution on websites, OTAs, third-party platforms, and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales on group forecasts, pick-up reports, and cut-off dates.
  • Manage flash sale campaigns, promotional partnerships, and wholesaler relationships.
  • Perform audits on PMS and CRS systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Produce timely revenue reports and performance analysis for leadership.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on pricing, forecasting, and channel optimization.
  • 2–3 years of experience working with Marketing teams on packages, promotions, and sales campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS), central reservation systems (CRS), and point-of-sale systems.
  • Experience with revenue tools such as Synxis, STR, OTA Insight, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with hotel front office operations, housekeeping, and accounting procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies.
