What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
• Set up new hires, terminations, and other lifecycle changes in the HRIS system.
• Manage electronic timekeeping systems and review timesheets for accuracy.
• Guide new hires on system setup for self-service access.
• Make benefits entries and process benefits-related payments.
• Provide reports to internal teams and external agencies as required.
• Stay updated on reporting requirements with ISN and other relevant agencies.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Who are we looking for?

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll handling.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (One Point is a plus, but not required).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle changes (new hires, terminations, benefits).
• Familiarity with ISN (ISNetworld) reporting requirements preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
• Customer-service mindset and willingness to learn additional job functions.
