We are looking for a motivated MSP Meeting Setter to connect with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our IT Sales team. You will make initial contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn, nurture relationships, and ensure accurate documentation in HubSpot CRM. If you have a passion for lead generation, strong communication skills, and proven experience in sales support or business development, this role is perfect for you. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Make initial contact with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn (or other approved channels).
  • Follow up professionally to nurture interest and secure qualified sales meetings.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, pain points, and decision-making process.
  • Schedule in-person or virtual meetings between executives and the IT Sales team.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to log communications, update records, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to refine messaging and follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain professionalism and persistence in all communications with executives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings scheduled.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least a High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales support, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT, SaaS, or MSP industries).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable with professional outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level executives confidently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up and documentation.
  • Resilient, persistent, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
