What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Work closely with the sales team to develop accurate lighting solutions promptly.
• Attend product training sessions to stay updated on luminaire technologies and optics.
• Provide design assistance and technical services to specifiers and contractors.
• Support lighting agents and manage all aspects of construction project work.
• Collaborate with Specification and Contractor/Distributor teams for project success.
• Share best practices and improvement opportunities with cross-functional peers.
• Respond quickly and professionally to all customer requests.

Who are we looking for?

• Associate degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building lighting layouts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for lighting design.
• Knowledge of lighting control systems and component interaction (dimming, switching, bi-level).
• Familiarity with EGI32 Visual or similar lighting design software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
