As a Lead, your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads that align with our target market. You will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by researching, contacting, and nurturing prospects to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads using various tools (online databases, networking events, etc.).
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calling, emails, and social media to introduce [company name] and its services.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Schedule meetings or presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in commercial real estate or a related field).
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market, trends, and terminologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing leads.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with client specific tools and CRM
  • Understanding of real estate financial metrics and market analysis.
  • Experience in B2B sales or client relations within real estate.
