What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for staffing and capacity planning.
• Collect, clean, and analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends and insights.
• Design and update forecasting models, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance teams to align forecasts with business goals.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend improvements to methodologies and tools.
• Provide analytical support for workforce management projects and initiatives.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for internal teams and leadership.
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and training to strengthen team capabilities.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in forecasting, workforce planning, or operations analytics (internship/project experience valued).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Understanding of workforce management concepts: forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work specific shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
