We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to build a strong pipeline of qualified investor leads through calls, emails, and CRM outreach. You will schedule high-quality appointments for the Investor Relations team, re-engage warm leads, and ensure all prospects are well-prepared for meetings. If you have proven sales skills, strong communication abilities, and experience with CRM tools, this role is your chance to thrive in a results-driven environment.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Drive new investor prospects through outbound calls and digital outreach.
Qualify prospects with engaging conversations to create strong first impressions.
Secure and schedule 3 quality appointments daily using Calendly and Hubspot.
Re-engage warm or inactive leads in CRM to generate fresh opportunities.
Follow up with confirmations, reminders, and pre-meeting materials to maximize attendance.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for performance accountability.
Collaborate with the Investor Relations team for smooth lead handoffs and insights sharing.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development experience.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding appointment-setting or sales quotas.
Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot) and Sales Navigator preferred.
Knowledge of pipeline management and data tracking practices.
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills (verbal & written).
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while following structured processes.
