We are looking for a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance analysis for our business units. You will partner with senior leaders, drive financial planning processes, deliver actionable insights, and manage reporting using Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Serve as the primary finance point of contact for P&L reporting, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
Partner with senior leadership to evaluate and improve business unit financial performance.
Lead financial review meetings, analyze results, and develop action plans to exceed targets.
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Leverage Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and insights.
Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and tools.
Mentor and guide finance team members on analysis and reporting best practices.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required (MBA preferred but not required)
6–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance roles
Proven track record in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
Experience in business partnering with senior leadership
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial systems in international organizations
Skilled in negotiating vendor and service contracts
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Oracle EPM and Tableau
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
