What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Review and monitor company fund allocation to ensure proper usage, accuracy, and compliance.
• Examine vendor invoices, contracts, and payment terms to verify correctness and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements in alignment with company financial goals.
• Verify correct expense classifications and resolve discrepancies in expense coding.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Build and maintain financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasting, and management summaries.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes, workflows, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of P&L analysis, financial reporting, and expense review.
• Experience with vendor auditing, cost analysis, or contract review (preferred).
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial reporting tools.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
