The role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and handling expense approvals. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for Business Operations and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
  • Approve expenses within designated limits.
  • Take meeting notes and distribute them to stakeholders.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Pull and organize reports using various software platforms.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support to the teams.


Who are we looking for?

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and relevant business software.
  • Experience with HR tools for tracking time and expenses.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, NetSuite, Concur, Leapsome, Namely, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Strong ability to take meeting minutes, prepare business recaps, and produce polished documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
