Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead performance audits, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. You’ll identify performance trends, manage interventions, and implement improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Ideal candidates have a strong QA background in BPO, advanced Excel and analytical skills, and experience managing training or project rollouts.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Performance Analysis

  • Audit compliance of client accounts or departments to set standards and processes
  • Gather data, analyze trends, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Prepare tools to measure compliance and performance
  • Build or revise databases and manage performance records
  • Create and submit detailed audit and performance reports

Intervention Management

  • Facilitate and monitor interventions addressing performance gaps
  • Recommend process improvements and capability-building initiatives
  • Coordinate with resource persons or coaches for intervention implementation
  • Evaluate effectiveness of interventions

Project Management

  • Identify and propose business transformation opportunities
  • Define project scope, train employees, and ensure project success
  • Measure and validate project outcomes through audits and reports
  • Drive sustainable adoption and continuous improvement


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
  • Minimum 3 years of QA experience in a BPO setting
  • At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement or project management
  • Experience in non-agent project onboarding and training
  • Strong data mining, analytics, and Excel skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities
  • Ability to create and implement processes and policies
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
