Construction Project Scheduler

We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Project Scheduler to manage and maintain project schedules for large multifamily developments. In this role, you will create baseline schedules, track milestones, and perform critical path analysis to ensure timely delivery. You will support Project Managers and field teams with accurate reports, delay analysis, and scheduling expertise, ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with contractual requirements. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop and manage detailed baseline schedules in Microsoft Project with project teams
  • Establish and track project milestones to monitor progress against targets
  • Update schedules weekly, adjusting logic, dependencies, and critical paths as needed
  • Perform critical path and delay analysis, identifying root causes and responsible trades
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports on schedule changes, milestone progress, and risks
  • Review schedules for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation for schedule updates and quality control
  • Provide scheduling support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for client and internal stakeholders


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 5+ years of construction scheduling experience in large multifamily projects (200+ units)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (baseline schedules, dependencies, critical path)
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6, PlanGrid, or other scheduling platforms
  • Experience in CPM delay claims or Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
  • Knowledge of U.S. building codes, ASHRAE, and AACE guidelines
  • Strong construction knowledge: sequencing, trade coordination, milestone tracking, delay analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
