We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial GC Estimator to lead cost estimating, subcontractor coordination, and early-stage project planning across diverse commercial asset classes. This role involves digital takeoffs, risk management, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to build competitive and accurate bids from concept through contract award.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Estimate Preparation: Create accurate cost estimates across design phases using CSI divisions and historical data. Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam.
  • Bid Coordination: Analyze plans, specifications, and client requirements to prepare competitive bid packages.
  • Subcontractor Management: Source and evaluate subcontractor/consultant bids. Lead scope reviews and support procurement strategies.
  • Documentation & Risk: Maintain organized project files and track cost history for benchmarking. Contribute to early project scheduling, risk analysis, and opportunity mapping.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Join strategy meetings with internal teams and clients. Assist in proposal development and promote continuous improvement through documentation and process refinement.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven experience across commercial asset classes (e.g., retail, storage, mixed-use, industrial)
  • Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam for digital takeoffs
  • Familiarity with Procore (Project Management and Preconstruction modules)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • 3+ years of field experience in commercial construction is preferred
  • Experience in refining estimating processes and tools is a strong advantage
