We are looking for a Business Analyst to design, develop, and optimize data dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. You will work with Power BI, SQL, SSRS, and UKG (Cognos BI-based) data to provide actionable insights across sales, HR, and operations. If you have strong analytical skills, reporting expertise, and a passion for data-driven decision-making, this role is for you.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Extract, validate, and prepare data from UKG (Cognos BI-based) sources for reporting.
  • Convert, update, and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analysis needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to sales, retention, HR, and operational efficiency.
  • Present findings clearly to senior leadership through reports and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Experience with Cognos BI concepts and UKG data integration.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, data validation, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, VBA).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data in business-friendly terms.
  • Comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment.
