Consumer Operations Specialist

We are looking for a client-focused Consumer Operations Specialist to handle calls, emails, and service requests while supporting customers with quotes, parts sourcing, and warranty concerns. This role involves close interaction with clients, vendors, and technicians to ensure smooth automotive service operations. Candidates with dealership, service advisor, or BPO experience plus automotive knowledge are highly valued. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Answer and respond to technician and customer phone calls
  • Provide excellent customer support and manage emails for clients and vendors
  • Build quotes and source automotive parts from US repair shops
  • Order parts, create purchase orders, and handle returns
  • Modify job orders to ensure timely completion of services
  • Use platforms such as Slack, TalkDesk, and vendor websites
  • Address customer warranty and third-party warranty issues
  • Cross-train with other work groups to fill performance gaps


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business, technical, or related field
  • Experience in customer service, client-facing, or BPO roles (preferred)
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and dealership/service advisor background is highly valued
  • Strong verbal communication skills (required)
  • Automotive knowledge or hands-on repair experience is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with client-first approach
