Asset Management Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Analyst to drive the lease-up, stabilization, and value optimization of multifamily developments and renovations. You’ll analyze financial performance, oversee property operations, and implement strategic initiatives to maximize asset value. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Analyze and support lease-up, stabilization, and renovation strategies for multifamily assets.
  • Prepare and present quarterly asset management reports to senior leadership.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and adjust business plans for assigned properties.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to enhance asset value.
  • Implement value-add initiatives: expense reduction, revenue optimization, capital improvements.
  • Oversee property managers and contractors for operations, leasing, and renovations.
  • Prepare cash flow projections, capital calls, and quarterly distributions.
  • Evaluate and manage large capital projects, including unit and clubhouse renovations.
  • Support debt financing, refinancing, and asset disposition activities.
  • Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and review monthly operating statements.
  • Ensure compliance with owner, lender, and partner requirements.
  • Forecast market trends to inform repositioning and exit strategies.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with experience in multifamily asset management.
  • Minimum 4 years of multifamily asset management or financial analysis experience; 7 years professional experience preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing renovations and property operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite, and ChatGPT tools.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, including Senior Associates and Project Managers.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Superior communication skills in writing, speech, and presentation.
  • Acute attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
