We are looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines and models that empower business insights and decision-making. You will work with SQL, dbt, BigQuery, and Python to transform raw data into trusted datasets, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and document workflows for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Build and maintain data models using SQL and dbt, transforming raw data into reliable datasets.
Integrate and model data from first-party sources (CRM, event tracking) and third-party platforms (ad networks, analytics tools).
Use Git for version control and collaborative analytics workflows.
Work with BigQuery for efficient data processing and storage optimization.
Translate complex business logic into scalable data models in partnership with data scientists, product engineers, and stakeholders.
Document data pipelines and definitions clearly for both technical and non-technical users.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related roles.
Advanced SQL expertise with strong performance optimization skills.
Proficiency in Git and collaborative code practices (branching, pull requests).
Experience with:
- BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses
- dbt for data transformation
- Python for scripting and automation
- Cube.dev or similar semantic layer tools
- Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools
Exposure to marketing data or advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
