Accounting & Purchasing Staff

We are looking for an Accounting & Purchasing Staff to manage general accounting, inventory monitoring, and vendor transactions while ensuring compliance with financial standards. You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, QuickBooks reporting, and purchasing processes. If you have strong accounting skills, QuickBooks expertise, and experience in inventory and vendor management, join us to help maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing reports.
  • Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Monitor inventory transactions, adjustments, and valuations.
  • Reconcile physical stock with system balances and track COGS.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
  • Verify vendor contracts, pricing, and terms for accuracy.
  • Enter and maintain transactions in QuickBooks (AP, AR, inventory, payroll if applicable).
  • Generate and analyze QuickBooks reports for management.
  • Ensure proper internal controls for inventory and purchasing cycles.
  • Assist with external audits and comply with tax regulations and company policies.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, including financial statement preparation.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online).
  • Experience in billing and collection (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory costing methods (FIFO, weighted average).
  • Experience in inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, and COGS tracking.
  • Experience processing purchase orders and vendor payments.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (mid-advanced) and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with any accounting system.
  • Strong internal controls knowledge for inventory and purchasing cycles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to work on a graveyard shift (minimum 1 year experience).
