We are looking for a reliable Account Coordinator to coordinate with account managers, support client operations, and ensure smooth execution of logistics and service processes. This role involves managing communications, handling system entries, and escalating client concerns when needed. Candidates with experience in customer-facing roles, logistics or supply chain, and ERP/CRM systems are preferred. Strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills are essential. 


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Support Account Management Team in coordinating operational execution
  • Join meetings with account managers to align on client needs and initiatives
  • Manage email communications with internal teams and client contacts
  • Administer system entry steps supporting processes and client objectives
  • Identify and escalate issues requiring immediate action
  • Ensure timely task completion to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Perform additional job responsibilities as assigned


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service or support role
  • Logistics, 3PL supply chain management, or contract manufacturing background preferred
  • Experience using ERP and CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
